BNS Pasenger Train on Tehachapi this Thurs?

Someone on Altamont is reporting that BNSF will be operating a passenger special from Bakersfield to Tehachapi and return this Thursday for the United Way Children. The train should depart Bakersfield at 1600 and return by 2000. Can anyone confirm this and know what cars they are using?
