KCS 687 - Stapp OK on 02-28-2004

Nothing like Tehachapi but in KCS country, there is Rich Mountain Arkansas. If you want to railfan the KCS. Then head to Mena Arkansas. From Rich Mountain to Heavener OK is some very nice scenic railroading.
