In October 1992 ATSF Dash 8 40BW 527 leads the hot 991 train past the nearly new Fresno, CA city hall on it's recently relocated tracks.

Yes, it is about 1 mile south of Laton.

Huh? Spaceship Fresno (otherwise known as City Hall, or better yet as our $40,000,000 Quonset hut) is 1 mile south of where???
