CP locomotive at West Oakland diesel shop area on 10-14

I saw this rare visitor when I was riding BART this afternoon. I was too far from her to see her number. Anyone know anything about this engine? (Inquiring minds want to know!)

If it was Canadian Pacific 8822 it went eastbound on Donner this evening. It was at Roseveille earlier this week and came westbound on a train last Monday.

It's a stray from the CP / UP run-thru on the old Spokane International. The CP units are typically turned back north at Hinkle, but this one escaped and headed east to Chicago, then to Oakland, and is now approaching Salt Lake.
