Loram Ballast Cleaner/Undercutter

Does anyone know why Loram has kept one of it's ballast cleaner/undercutters at the Eugene yard on the old RIP track? It first showed up around the time of the tunnel fire, a picture was even posted on this forum. Supposedly, it was waiting for the tunnel to be re-opened and then move south. Anybody hear anything about it being stored through the winter?
