Wondering if these ex Santa Fe SD45 lease units still have the full gas gusselling motors at 20?

If those are ex-BNSF 6416 and 6417, then no. Santa Fe rebuilt a handful of their SD45's (5426-5437) with 16-cylinder engines rated at 3500hp back in the early 1980's. BNSF 6416 is the ex-ATSF 5435 and BNSF 6417 is the ex-ATSF 5436.
