Lompoc Branch?

I'd guess San Ramon Branch at the north end of Radum.

My vote in Lompoc, west of town.

yeah...sure as heck looks like the road just outside of Lompoc heading to Surf.

Arvin Branch

Calexico Branch.

Somewhere between Calipat and Seeley.

Looks like SP's Hamilton City Branch at Cory; the only siding between Wyo and Hamilton City. The siding was removed many years ago.

Yes its the Hamilton Branch. This siding at Cory used to have a gravel pit that shipped via the SP but that was long before this shot was taken in late 1985.
Note the commuter geeps and the caboose.

One of my favorite memories of this branch (after the Colusa Branch was split in two) was watching a push-pull beet train with 2 GP40-2s on the head end and two more on the rear. Great action for a branch as flat as a billiard table. - Tony Johnson
