Old SP Roundhouse in San Antonio Re-Activated?

Does anyone know about all the UP and Lease units that are in the old SP Roundhouse.

I know Southwest Research has an operation there, but at any one time it may be any wear from 10-15 UP and Lease units on the property

There is a private car / locomotive rebuilder there (Trans Texas Rails); they have refurbished and repainted several locomotives, including 2 ex-Amtrak F40PH's for a tourist train. In addition, there is an EPA emmisions testing facilty on site.
