Author: indyspy Okay here is a good closeup of the unit, It still has it's builder's plates, so the mystery is solved. It is SMA 17. Now, to whom said it had SMA on the side, you are right. BUT, before that it has SMARRCO on the side. At some point it was changed.

SMA is the "official" reporting marks, but Smarrco is the quasi-name for the operation? Thats like arguing "its AMTRAK and not AMTK" whenever someone uses the reporting mark to identify the company?
