Salt Lake City Question

It looks like UP may be building a new yard of some sort just east of 5600 West in Salt Lake City. 5600 West was closed over this past weekend and two new tracks now cross the road between the old WP and the LA&SL. Does anyone know exactly what they're building out on this end of town?

It was reported on the DRGW List by James Belmont that it is a new intermodal facility.
