Seemed busier than usual...

have been a very late DORV, as crew went on duty

Santa Barbara Double trk..rolling meet w/ amtk 769

Seacliff..we went into hole for another UP mdse frt
northbound, and amtk 775

Ventura...yet another UP nbnd frt in the hole for us.

Oxnard...Leesdale switcher on siding; Oxnard switcher in yard

Moorpark...Held on main for metrolink to take the siding

CP Strathern...went into hole for metrolink (or maybe it was amtk?)

Years ago in 1965-70 when I went to school in SLO there were that many trains everyday, north and southbound. Since then I have heard that most of the freight go up the center of the state. Maybe they are putting the old coast route (east/west line) back into real service.
