Two of the photos in the very interesting "Wheat Country" presentation at Winterail were close ups of the cabs of Canadian steam locomotives. Painted under the windows were something like 24% and 68%. What do those numbers indicate? Thanks.

Those would be CN and 24% is 24,000 lbs Tractive Effort for example.
