Steamtown 3254
Author: m1bprr

May 28, 2006. Looks like Steamtown got it right this time, CNR. S-1b 3254 solo on excursion to Tobyhanna, PA. To take part in Memorial Day celebrations there. An outstanding runby ensued as well!

Glad to hear they got it right, no diesels and a runby to boot. Now about getting 3173 running...

How did the whistle sound? I chased this engine on this same run last October and the whistle sounded like a scalded cat ...

What kind of time did he make going east? I had to be-bop to get ahead of him. Chasing the EBT the previous two days ... civilized, despite the rain. :-)
