It'll be interesting to see how many engines are serviceable, and out of those which ones will be restoration candidates. Sounds like you have a mix of European and American engines. Our local 2ft gauge collector, Peter Nott, would bust a nut if he found out about all the goodies you've got. He has quite a number of O&K engines and others.
Please post photos of the larger collection as it comes together. I hope the white dust served as a protective layer and not a corrosive element. --Mike Mike Massee Tehachapi, CA Photography, Railroading and more.. Edited 1 time(s). http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1232511&page=1 Can you tell me know more about your local 2 ft gauge collector with the O&K stuff. We have a 140 side discharge mine cars and some other stuff to get rid of. It is the only stuff that we can turn into cash or trade so I'd like to know any interested collectors of 2ft. gauge to establish the channels for horse trading later. We have just gotten started but in the next year or two we will want to clean out the back woods as such.
