How fast did the train run? Any sense how the workload was divided between steam and diesel. Not a real big train, so I assume the Hudson could easily handle it. Thanks again. The speed was much lower than the Talgo but the right pace for picture taking!

Got it first hand that on the return trip, they were running 40++ mph and 2860 performed flawlessly. Hope someone got some video of that especially with the weather co-operating. Craig McDowall mcmrailvideos.com |
