Anyways... Here's a photo from the Durango & Silverton taken last year, 2010, at Elk Park. With a bit of post processing to "Age" the "print" to make it feel like it came from 1949. That's a sharp photo up front and the 'aging' looks mighty fine. Reminds me of that motion picture "Denver and Rio Grande." It was a good movie, maybe not up to DeMilles Union Pacific, but no slouch either. I enjoyed it. Starred Edmund O'Brien, Sterling Hayden and Dean Jagger.
