I think it is a rebuilding project at the B&O museum for a early steam engine. I think it's the Leviathan.

Since the Leviathan is privately owned, in the Elgin, IL area, I don't see what the B&O Museum would have to do with it.

One of the trucks for the coach Dan Markoff is building to go with his 4-4-0 "Eureka". Looks great!

Correct, dan is starting to finsh the project, I will post some more photos soon.

DANG!!! np2526 beat me to it! I thought that I was going to get to look like a smart guy on this one. The NMRA needs to award Dan a giant "Scratch Building" award for this model in 12"=1' scale! Oh wait, he would have to figure out how to get it into the contest room first.

No he'd never win it, cause the NMRA would bust on him for the wheel profile and flange depth being all wrong.

It's cool, he started from a set of Proto 48 drawings.
