This perchase came along with the broadmoor in COS and the daily Oklahoman newspaper in OKC....he is a billionaire many times over so I would guess it is good??

Pike's Peak is an obvious place to build an NFL stadium with surrounding condos and outlet mall. I don't know how the peak has survived this long without it. He made some money selling Rio Grande to SP, and some more money selling SP to UP. How much of that he kept after SP sank UP's stock is a good question.
