Walmart has a multidisk Aviation/Railroad pack for sale right now.
The railroad disks have some company films and some special interest presentations.
There is a nice feature on the General's 1961/62 re-build and tour of 18 states in the East. No diesel! A lot of color film too...

I never knew about this....Stunning that in 1962 The General can tour 18 states at 30 to 35MPH and in 1995 all rollerbearing J611 is somehow killed, stuffed and mounted.

An overly reductionist view, especially considering that two steam locomotives will be running on various parts of NS's system this summer and NS is engaged in a major diesel locomotive heritage program and NS operates a set of handsome F-units on its office car trains.

He did say 1995 not 2012
