Wabash Portland Cement Company Roster
Author: wabash2800

The Wabash Portland Cement Company at Stroh, Indiana had a one mile three-foot gauge railroad that hauled marl from around Big Turkey Lake with at least two 0-4-0 saddle tank steam locos.

Does anyone have any information on these locos or have a suggestion for researching a roster and follow-up for the locos when the plant was dismantled in the 40s? Would federal boiler records be accessible? I recall the late Bill Edson did some of his research through such records. The plant was completed in 1900 and modernized in 1916.
