NKP 765 St. Louis Trip
Author: YG

In September I traveled with NKP 765 from Fort Wayne to St. Louis, where it performed four NS employee trips in the St. Charles area over a weekend. The dead-head move to St. Louis and the employee trips were accompanied by two diesels in Wabash and Illinois Terminal schemes.

Our trip back to Fort Wayne was pure steam!

“NKP 765 on the Norfolk Southern” is the first chapter of the new DVD “Big Steam on the Mainline”. A preview is available on my website.

Thanks, Steve Mitchell
