Steam & Excursion > C&NW 4-6-0 #1385 (1980's)Date: 11/23/12 07:01 C&NW 4-6-0 #1385 (1980's) Author: bxa1 Mid-Continent Railroad Museum's former C&NW R-1 #1385 (ALCO 1907) comes through Waunakee Wisconsin in the 1980's. Mr. Chris Burger is the 1385's engineer, Robert King with the message hoop was the former depot agent at Waunakee. This was a simulation "pickup" for the general public. (Brian Allen photo)

Its that stupid 'Cat-hat' (or whatever the adv logo on the hat's front panel..). Those hats became popular late 60's/early 70's.... Have your 'actors' in period clothing --- it'll be a more believable picture. A better hat would be one with a brim, more 1940s era. Wes.
