Steam & Excursion > 10 minutes in Paradise?

Headed out towards Strasburg and spend a few minutes while there to catch
former N&W #475 with quite a lengthy train.

I'd have stayed longer had it rained as forecast (100% chance), but didn't
stick around for just overcast skies. Though - it did finally rain hours
later, at least, a mist.

Still - got something a little different on March 31st.

My son and I will be down there June 25th. Would it be a good idea to order the tickets now or just get them that day? By the way, sweet shot.

I suppose, if you are definitely going to be there, there's no
harm in getting tickets now.

There will be 5 trains to choose from and being a weekday, I
would wager a seat would be available at least on one of the
trains, if not all. I can't say I've ever seen a train with
out a single seat available, but weekends are certainly better
attended. 'Course, if you were at a Thomas event, that could
be another story.

We plan on riding in the open air. On Monday of that week, we will be in the Johnstown area to view the damn area, Strasburg Tuesday the Toona area Wednesday and Thursday. We can't wait
