IRM's steamshop blog can give you blow-by-blow of what they're looking at.

Rivets aren't in the firebox corner patch yet - that's next on the agenda. Tubes are in and expanded, but not rolled.

FRA inspection of the boiler isn't scheduled yet, for obvious reasons.

The fervent hope in the shop appears to be to get her in steam yet this year, but there's a ton of work yet to do, assuming the boiler inspection passes.

On the good side, opening things up to that extent allowed them to verify an old error on builder drawings and restore the boiler to the service pressure. Several braces were listed as smaller on the prints, and so pressure had been reduced assuming the prints were right. They weren't. Actual measurements proved that the original working pressure was OK per design.
