Ultra-short wheelbase 0-4-0, possibly made by Vulcan. 30" gauge. Mike Massee Tehachapi, CA Photography, Railroading and more.. Thanks for saying "plinthed" instead of That Other Thing We Say. It's much classier and less derogatory... plus I'm sure there's no stuffing inside, so it's far more accurate. :-) Hope someone steps up. Presume development is causing the move? ~ BZ Date: 08/01/13 18:11 Re: Plinthed engine in Boston needs a new home very soo Author: engine3420 I have no problem with " on display "

Somebody step up, rescue it and make it look like a steam engine again. Please. I'll be calling them, I need 30" gauge like I need a hole in my head but if no one else wants it I might be interested.

Perhaps you can re-gauge to 36. Would take a lot of work but can be done. I also emailed the current owner of the 30" gauge Disney Ft. Wilderness engines. -Mike Mike Massee Tehachapi, CA Photography, Railroading and more.. Date: 08/02/13 21:01 Re: Plinthed engine in Boston needs a new home very soo Author: PorterNo2 Ha! Mike, I didn't even think of the restaurant billboard connection! Well that might just be karma then!
