First picture i believe would be headed north on the Southern main to Alexandria rather than Norfolk.

Only if he realizes that a modern 4-8-4 DOESN'T need 2 stinking diesels.

Not that weekend; it was on its way to Norfolk...chased it all the way.

Actually the entire weekend around the Saluda trip, they had a pair of GP38s right behind the 611. Up through the loops into Asheville, etc.

I didn't point out that you misspelled Wabun and Lula, in part because the two misspellings cancel each other out ;)
