Steam & Excursion > WP 165 fall updateDate: 10/19/14 08:36 WP 165 fall update Author: trainjunkie In the spirit of CaliforniaSteam's below on SP No. 18, there is more good news on the steam front from California as WP 0-6-0 No. 165, at the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, has passed its initial FRA boiler inspection plus it has been reunited with its cab and restored air pump as of the close of the fall work session.
