What a Beautiful Noise!

I especially notice, here, the interference pattern of the exhausts of the two engines as they drift into and out of synch. Though both are nominally 44" drivered, there is obviously a difference in wear.

What Larry said--that's beautiful noise indeed. Steam doubleheaders are great fun.

They are not in synch because the k-36 has 44" drivers and the k-27 has 40" drivers.
