Steam & Excursion > The allure's still thereDate: 10/25/14 14:51 The allure's still there Author: johnacraft I almost left this location (on the property of the Oakwood Baptist Church north of Chickamauga, GA) when I saw the unruly mob gathered to watch the train pass. I have to give Danah credit for the good sense to stay.
She still pulls a good crowd. Date: 10/25/14 14:53 Re: The allure's still there Author: johnacraft A couple of more conventional photos:
1. Climbing Missionary Ridge in Rossville, GA. How sweet it is to hear that exhaust again, and she's carrying a beautiful whistle. 2. Noble, GA. If you're planning to shoot any of the remaining trips and are unfamiliar with the line, some guidance here: https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=zJ9Xf6s60eto.kiR52a_-wX2w Edited 1 time(s).
