Steam & Excursion > I need a shout out when the 611 leaves Spencer for Roanoke

If anyone knows of the time the N&W 611 leaves Spenser, NC; headed to Roanoke, Va. I would appreciate letting me know on this thread.
I'd like to capture some video as it goes through, South side, Va.
Any chatter would be very much appreciated.

My understanding is that the excursion train is expected to leave after Amtrak 80, the northbound 'Carolinian,' has cleared the museum area. It's scheduled to leave Salisbury at 7:43am, and if it's on time will pass the museum around 7:50am.

You can track no. 80's speed and location at http://amtrak.com - click 'Track a Train' and type the train number in the search bar. The two trains follow the same route as far as Greensboro.
