You asked for T&P 600's on the Baird Sub.  Well, here is a I-1d  2-10-4 climbing Baird Hill's  1.3 % grade  with its booster cut in.  It will be in Baird's yard in just a mile. The head brakeman is leaning against the doghouse and section men are assuming the position to inspect the train as it passes.  I can't do much better than this.

Vic:  we have Mrs. Baird's bread here along with some others.  Ft Worth is the home base for Mrs. Baird's bread.
