Although the greatness that once was America has in recent years faded from our countries existance-all least we can point to a few surviving icons of the greatest period in American History THE 1950's. When steam took its last bow, when father did in fact know best when those of us old enough to remember had a mom who stayed at home and a father whose salary was enough to keep a family financially afloat. When a man could still earn a good living without a college degree, and hard work was appreciated and rewarded. To those to young to remember this period of tranquility I can only reflect with a sadness for the greatness they will never know...................

Ross was starting to organize the AFT,  
In  Portland,  4449 was slumbering, waiting to be woken-up.... A special 'Thank You' to Jack Holst.... He knew something that we all did not know... Rest in Peace.
Thank you Ross, Doyle, Portland and the entire Staff of the AFT ..... including ALL who staffed her, part of the way, and all the way.  

Thanks to the immense Crowds in Peoria..... AFT's journey might have ended there, if not for that momentous reception!
It played well in Peoria!  Thank the gods, for that....].
