After seeing 611 preform magnificantly I thought, how many N&W folks saw the N&W locomotive operate on N&W rails and how appropriate this weekends trips were in that regard.

I used to see the Js arrive and depart Cincinnati when they actually were in revenue service and was fortunate enough to have walked through the Powhatan Arrow consist during a public showing at Cincinnati Uniton Terminal. Unfortunately the only "J" photo I have from that era is a somewhat blurred black and white snapshot of an inbound train withing sight of it's destination, Cincinnati.
