Steam & Excursion > Is This Part Of A Steam Engine?Date: 05/26/16 07:49 Is This Part Of A Steam Engine? Author: MrGrumpy I took this picture in the CN yard in Biggar Sask. back in 1980, and I've always assumed this rusting piece of scrap was some part of an old steam engine. I have a limited knowledge of steam, and I'm hoping somebody smarter than me can tell me what it is. Then again, maybe it's just a piece of scrap that has nothing to do with steam...
Thanks, Dwayne Date: 05/26/16 07:52 Re: Is This Part Of A Steam Engine? Author: skidroe No it is a stationary water tube boiler.
