Roger; I know the coaling tower used to lean and now it doesn't.  I gather that this work was done a couple years back, but I have never heard the whole story.  Can you (or anyone) tell the story?  Who did the work, before and after photos, how much, and when are all questions I keep forgetting to ask when I'm in town.
