The drone was almost over Bob Richardson's old Narrow Gauge Hotel.  Is there still a motel there?  And is it any good?  Just asking, although I would never stay anywhere else than the "Hotel in Chama".

The Narrow Gauge Motel, once owned by Bob Richardson,  was located just south of Alamosa along the 3-rail mainline to to Antonito.  It had nothing to do with the Narrow Gauge Railroad Inn located in Antonito, just south of the C&TS facility.  The NG RR was built in the 1970's.

The last time I was in Alamosa, the NG Motel building was still standing, but had not been open in many years.
