Check with Alco Historic Photos. Had been run by the Mohawk and Hudson NRHS chapter, not sure how they're operating now. They have almost the entire archive of Alco builders photos.

Hi Jeff,
You might have a problem as the construction date is not matching.  Alco 48483 was MKT #649  A 2-8-0 built Oct 1910 with 22x30  61" drivers. I have no further details. Their is no change as Alco Photo is still very much in business waiting for orders any time, and intends to put their index out on the net.
