My pics July 15, 2017. Many thousands attended and walked through the 7 vintage and modern passenger cars. The line was under platform shade and by the 3751 whistle.

That first photo is incredible! The couple in
period attire is perfect -- everything seems
100% perfect in their attire and hats and
luggage and shoes and bairstyles. They
really knocked that one out of the park!
Thanks SO much for getting them to pose
fpr you and for posting this gem here.

And your second photo is wonderful -- it
shows the huge crowds that these incredible
and magnificent and very impressive beasts
draw -- and THAT is why people display and
run our beloved steam locomotives -- for the
PEOPLE. That is why the 3751 was built, in
the first place -- for PEOPLE: to take them
near and far, to various destination, as
basic transportation.

And that is a gorgeous photo of the "Tioga Pass" --
it really makes her look huge and very impressive,
which she is, as well as being quite elegant and
beautiful. Such a lovely paint scheme, too.

Thank you very much for these truly great photos.

begins her slumber.

Might be a typical period picture but the guy looks like a Wells Fargo loan officer!

No, if he was a Wells Fargo load officer he would have a gun because he would be robbing you!

She is coming up on the 1472 day time period. (IIRC that is what it is called)
