Member MJV1988 commented about the CNW passenger cars on this trip, from a previous video I posted a few weeks ago, of this Idaho/Wyoming centennial trip. Here's the best I could come up with, a few snapshots from yet to be posted video. These CNW Cars may have been included at The Governor's request at the time? Not Sure. I think the CNW car near the rear of consist is "Lake Bluff", while the CNW car near the front of consist is obviously "Lake Forest". I'm guessing the Governors, at the time, were more familiar or comfortable in these cars? Again just a wild guess why these CNW passenger cars were included on this trip in 1990. Pic #1 and #2 are the best I could Cap from my video of the rear CNW car, Pic#3 is of the forward CNW car.
