Reading to Jim Thorpe, all went well till I got to Lake Dr. on the line to Jim Thorpe, I thought I was ahead of it as I last shot it on the Lincoln St. Bridge. That track to JT used to be 10 mph, anyway not knowing the 425 had passed this location never saw her again. The R&N must have upgraded that line.

Date: 10/15/17 11:47 Re: 425 Screw up Author: Margaret_SP_fan Those are great photos, Ed! You did another
excellent photo essay. And thanks so much for including PEOPLE in them, as it is us PEOPLE who these trains are run for, and it is PEOPLE who run and maintain and repair these trains. Thank you for that. But when I read your thread title, I thougt that the crew -- the engine crew or those who advertised her excursions and sold the tickets -- of the 425 had somehow in some way screwed up. Would you please be so kind as to change the title of this thread to show that no one involved with the 425 screwed anything up? Thanks so much! Edited 1 time(s).
