This one's personal. 
One night the planets lined up (with no small part of dumb luck thrown in) and I got a shot at firing for Doyle.  (I wrote about in my Dumb Luck series a couple of years ago)   When we reached our first water stop at around 3AM I surrendered the cushion to Al Phillips and fell into my berth back in the Bunk Car, exhausted.  I took this photo later that morning when we arrived in Raleigh, NC. The flat cars have already been set out and now Doyle will spot the rest of the train for display.  I grabbed this shot and then ran to ditch the camera- it was "All Hands on Deck".  We would be open for display in about 4 hours...
