Steam & Excursion > "Headin' Home" with 8444 -- a series 2 of 10

When the train arrived in Natchitoches, LA the mayor presented engineer John Norris with an honorary Mayor of Natchitoches certificate. Also presented was this bumper sticker on the pilot of 8444. I don't know how long the sticker remained on the engine, but I don't remember seeing it again.

(Edited to correct the name of the engineer from Steve Lee to John Norris and to clarify details based on the Media Report for this trip).
