I understand how some hacker can get into E-mails but no one usually sends any payment by E-mail. Can someone give more details?

Author: nydepot Sounds like their email was hacked which allowed the hackers to see an email with banking info which then allowed the hackers to get into the bank and get the money. Or maybe they hacked the email address which allowed them to get to PayPal and transfer money.
