Roger, thanks for another unique view of the cab. You made my morning with this one!

Thanks for the video Roger. It is heartening to an old fart like me to see younger folks taking interest in continuing the art of locomotive operation. I know I enjoy taking advantage of visiting with some of the crews down there when I visit every October. I remember the first time we fired up 3985. I had to hand fire that large firebox until we got enough pressure to get the stoker augur to turn. That was a challenge but I got it done.
I wish all the employees at the C&TS the best this year and on into the future.
For the young bucks, if you read this, you are continuing a lost art and for that I am truly thankful.

I also like seeing the young folks involved with the railroad.

D&RGW  463 does not have a "hooter" in the terms of N&W.  It was a lower toned whistle.
