I add my kudos to the different viewpoint. And I noticed that Windy Point lived up to its name.
Looks like the colors are turning early this year. That's ok as I have a ride on a cool train coming up in two weeks from today.
Our group always busses over to Antonito and ride the train back.
Hopefully I will get a chance to at least say hi in person.
Keep up the good videos.

When do you anticipte that the fall colors will be at peak or near peak?  How about during  Engineer school in early October? 

Here in South Central Texas fall colors are brown or dead !

This year has been different so this is only a guess. Last week of Sept and maybe 1st week of October. Because of the different elevations we have colors ad different time at different locations.

It is usually peaking in the beginning of October but with the lack of moisture this year it is starting up earlier.
Still a cool train ride at anytime.

Hi Roger. I am trying to locate the version of the song  "Train to Chama" that you use on your posts on Trainorders. I was able to find the album of the writer, Jim Jones on Amazon and purchased it  but is is nowhere the quality of your version. I think that your version is recorded by The Band of Enchament however I have been unable to find an album put out by them. Wonder if you have any info on this.

All I know is the one I use is done by the band of enchantment and my files are probably 15 years old. I never had a hard copy of any of there stuff.
