Steam & Excursion > Nevada Northern inagural Winter Photo Workshop

This year we put on our first Winter Photo Workshop, led by myself and Steve Crise. The idea is to work with a smaller group of people and add classroom seminars to a series of more intimate shoots around the yard, plus a day out on the line.

We taught the ins and outs of how we do our strobe lighting, post processing and other details. We've decided to add another workshop in the fall, as well as a winter workshop that will take place before the freights at the beginning of February next year.

Beautiful images Mike. You and Steve put together a great show every year with Mark and all the fine folks at NN Rwy providing the venue and superb subject(s) matter. Your classroom events are just an extension of this. Looking forward to the next time.

I'll second CPRR's commnets - really, really nice.
As it should be - no doubt, many, if not all, will
leave with a much better understanding of the
opportunities often overlooked and missed at
such events -  and beyond!
