While I shot the biplane from the UP 4014 steam train near Cajon Pass, the plane (w/Joyce Burke) was shooting at me!

Neat photos of the bi-plane chasing the UP 4014 special.  Was Joyce the pilot or photographer-?!?

Looks like it was a New Standard aircraft.

What model type is the plane.  I have seen a couple of Stearman Trainers, and some newer racing type bi-planes.  Was this a Stearman, or something else old or repro?

PS I saw the local B-25 fly over my house yesterday about 4-5 times.  What a nice sound they have!!!

Looks like a Travel Air.

I understand strong Air Currents make flying a light plane through Cajon very difficult.
