C&TSRR = Getting Ready For Rotary Event

We have started testing cameras and equipment for the rotary event on February 29th & March 1st. We will be mounting cameras in the cab of the rotary and ???? Steve and I will both be flying. We are looking forward to a lot of footage.

Just out of curiosity, why does the coal bunker have covers on it?

To keep the snow out of it while the Fireman is hand shoveling.

Plow at times has the tendency to cover both the tender and the lead locomotive with snow, covers keep the coal
out of the snow plume.
