So Earlier this week I notice some shared pics from the Challenger 3985 the memory live on page so I just joim it. Ed Dickens is posting there. He mentions what a great friend Hotwater is.. lol! since deleted.. It might be Ed and or his minion created the page! .https://www.facebook.com/groups/646348379203174/about/.

Tried it, but that link requires one to "log in", i.e.one MUST be a member. That sure as hell lets me out!

you have to be a FB member! I know you dont FB I pm you the conversation.

I seen that too. In fact I commented on it, he replied "absolutely" (paraphraseing here) " back then anyway. almost a decade of one sided claims. (or something like that) I should have took a screen shot. It didn't last long. He deleted it it shortly after.

Making a good 35 MPH with the helper diesel in power as we climb the grade.” Jack, you should join Facebook. There’s loads of old pictures of you guys on the A-team steam crew being posted on this 3985 memories page and an added bonus is you don’t have to speculate who Ed is so you can badger him directly Haha!

Something like that might have been interesting back when that drama was a fresh topic, but ED is still where he was in 2011 and none of the most prominent naysayers went to any of his presentations to ask those really tough questions like they said people should do, so why turn something we need more people to enjoy into a soap opera?

BTW, Dickens never had a mustache.  That was photoshopped.

The fight posters -- priceless. Absolutely priceless. I laughed so hard I probably woke the neighbors up. All popcorn packaging plants go on overtime starting tomorrow.
