What railroad's engine is this?  I know it is Baldwin steam engine 5 builder number 139853 built in 1922.

#103, Baldwin 2-6-2T, built 1922 as Silver Falls Timber Company (S.F.T.Co.) #103 (Silverton, Oregon) before being sold to the Black Hills Central Railroad in 1965.  Sister to the #104 which has been operational up till recently.

The #103 and #104 both worked for the Peninsula Terminal Company of Portland, OR between being owned the Silver Falls Timber Company and Black Hills Central.
